What We Do
Energize

Jessica offers a deep, beautiful, sacred flow bringing together her extensive yoga and meditation practice with her master reiki practice to move toward healing, grounding, and transforming. Her teachings show us the way to becoming our own healer, to access our deep unique wisdom, and to come home to our center. Jessica works with all levels of practitioners, adults, teens, and children.

Join us for energizing, accessible guided dance led by Jill! Her interdisciplinary dance background and somatic trainings are melded together for a holistic approach to movement that goes way beyond the physical and into the meaningful expression and healing of each unique individual.
Shine Living Dance incorporates intentional choreography and themes paired with inspiring music for a bespoke experience every time you come to play. Release stuck energy, build stamina, and cultivate inner and outer strength. Jill works with all levels of practitioners, adults, teens, and children.

The FREEDOM MOVEMENT Method led by Jill & Jessica is a journey of dance, yoga, breath, and meditation (our favorite) that is pure FREEDOM within. This is a wonderful option for 45-minute sessions, 90-minute sessions, or 2-hour workshops.

Jill and Jessica bring a variety of movement and breathwork tools for an energizing 10-20-minute mini practice to CONNECT & AWAKEN from the inside out.
Nourish

The Shine Sisters have over 20 years in the restaurant business serving nutritionally-inspired local and organic food and beverages. They have a deep understanding of how food heals and energizes the body. They know how food can bring family and communities together through nourishment on many levels.

Jessica has her masters in Holistic Nutrition and loves to incorporate healing ingredients and methods into all of the SHINE Recipes.
Awaken

The Shine Sisters are both certified breathwork practitioners and bring a variety of techniques to balance the nervous system to break through old patterns and stuck energy. They also enjoy guidance into proper breathing for optimal health. Sessions can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 75 minutes.

Guided Meditations are led by both Jill and Jessica. These practices are usually 10-20 minutes and pair beautifully with one of the other session styles or as a stand-alone, always with a specific theme and intention to ground into.
