Thrival Kit for Holy Wholeness

Wholeness is living from a state of health and wellbeing. It does not come from anything outside of us. Wholeness comes from INside, from self love and acceptance. It is not perfection rather a feeling of connection in mind, body and soul. It takes curiosity, discovery, presence, self awareness and self love. Challenges and failure can also lead to more wholeness because it unveils to us more of who we are.

At Shine Living Community we practice movement, breath, and self discovery to bring us back to our wholeness. We are all on different paths of our journey towards healing and wholeness. When we support each other in community, we inspire each other, and we also amplify the effects when we practice together. We bring back online parts of ourselves that have become dis-membered. We come back home. We re-member.

The soul longs for expansion, and full expression. That is what we came here to do. To be fully our brilliant selves. Each of us is unique and beautiful and rooted in love and expanding with love.

During this month of HOLYdays, we remember our wholeness. It can be a time to go into the dark places and bring our inner light to integrate and feel all that we are and all that we are becoming.

Let’s practice our Holy Wholeness in person or live virtually every Wednesday at our FREEDOM MOVEMENT™️ dance and yoga journey.

Enjoy this months THRIVAL KIT to Energize, Nourish and Awaken.

When we learn to LET GO of feelings and old stories that are no longer serving us, we can feel our wholeness SHINE through. This song and chore invite us to do just that. To LET GO by Beau Young Prince choreo by Jill

Cashew Cream Pesto Pasta, a Shine family holiday favorite. This recipe is nourishing and decadent. Our Italian grandmothers would be proud! Download the recipe here!

Heart Meditation. This meditation taps into heart-brain coherence to reconnect to the power of this connection as we journey toward wholeness.

Journal Prompt:

'Coming into wholeness' Self-inquiry and Journaling:

Picture yourself as a younger version of you, at a time you felt that you let yourself down, a time when you turned away from self-love. Whatever happened, whatever caused you to dis-member that version of you, let's bring them back.

When you picture that memory of you, do you feel a sensation anywhere in particular in your body? If so, bring awareness to that part of your body and simply breathe into it. Allow whatever feelings that come up in the body to unfold and come to light. Let it be a discovery process. Approach it with curiosity, patience and presence.

Are there any words or feelings you would send that younger version of yourself to heal their wound?

Journal about any insights or healing words that may have come up as you remember this part of you.

From the Heart,
